September 8, 2016 (All day)

Would you like to help protect your Nation’s lands and waters? Are you looking to increase the skills you already have as a Stewardship Technician?

If so, you may be eligible for the 2016 Stewardship Technicians Training Program, which provides training and practical skills in resource stewardship on BC's Central and North Coast, and Haida Gwaii.

Courses will be delivered in several two-week field sessions over the next two years, and will offer the applied skills and knowledge required to work in the growing field of resource stewardship. The training will provide university credits that can be applied toward further studies, as well as industry-recognized certificates, and could broaden your expertise in your current job, or lead to other employment opportunities.
